Holiday autumn at Leader School: bright colors and generous gifts!
On November 22, the Leader School had a real autumn holiday atmosphere — we’ve celebrated Harvest Day, a thanksgiving holiday for the generous nature gifts and an Armenian land fertility symbol. Autumn with its bright colors and rich harvest, became the main character of this celebration.
The whole school was transformed, filled with autumn colors and aromas. Pupils enthusiastically decorated their classes using natural materials: colorful leaves, branches, fruits and vegetables. The school corridors were turned into a real autumn fairy tale.
The central event of the holiday was the school fair, where pupils presented their creative works: crafts made of natural materials, drawings, applications and much more. Guests and parents were happy to purchase these unique souvenirs created by children with great love and imagination.
The real decoration of the holiday was the concert numbers prepared by the pupils. Songs, dances and poems dedicated to autumn and it’s generosity created a warm and sincere atmosphere. The guys demonstrated their talents and gave everyone present a good mood.
Not without a traditional treat. Pupils and their parents prepared a variety of national dishes using autumn vegetables and fruits. Fragrant pies, pickles, jams and other delicacies have become a real gift for all guests of the holiday.
Particular attention was paid to the autumn dress code. Pupils and teachers came to school in bright autumn outfits, which added even more color and fun to the holiday.
The autumn holiday at Leader School has become a bright and memorable event. It allowed the pupils not only to have fun, but also to learn more about the traditions of their people, about the importance of work on earth and about a careful attitude to nature. We are confident that this wonderful holiday will become a good tradition of our school and will be held annually.
